An apartment owner had broken water heater pipes releasing water into two units from the attic for an unknown length of time.
Solutions provided:
Our team provided labor to perform a flood cut along interior bedroom walls to remove wet insulation and affected drywall as well as baseboards. We removed saturated ceiling insulation as well as sagging ceiling drywall. We placed Hepa vacuum throughout all apartment bedrooms and set drying equipment as well as an air scrubber to remove the excess moisture and mitigate mold growth.
