The customer called indicating they had water showing up through their kitchen floor.
We provided labor and equipment to remove the hardwood flooring and identify the source of the water. Then performed water damage restoration, disposed of non-salvageable materials, and performed mold mitigation.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
