The client had a shower leak from an upstairs bathroom down the wall to the main level. She requested we come to investigate the water leak and perform water damage restoration and mold growth mitigation.
We provided labor to remove tiles from the bathroom shower, place drying equipment, and perform mold mitigation.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
