Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had water overflow from pipes. It caused wet floors in 3 rooms with a mix of wood and carpet flooring. Initial inspection showed water damage in the master bathroom as well as the hallway bathroom.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water provided labor to perform demolition to remove carpet, padding, tack strips, and hardwood flooring in the hallway to the foyer area. We also set up drying equipment to dry everything accurately. As well as an air scrubber in the master bedroom and hallway in the foyer to stabilize. Finally, we performed mold mitigation efforts to complete the service.
