The client called for help with a bathroom leak in a jack and jill bathroom that was affecting both bedrooms and asked us to work with the plumber to resolve the issue.
Solutions provided:
United Fire and Water arrived at the client's home to meet the plumber and set up containment barriers and create negative air pressure in the affected areas. We worked with the customer and the plumber to contain the water leak, remove the excess moisture, and perform mold mitigation measures.
