The client called after having an adjacent restaurant cause flooding the clinic.
Solutions provided:
A team from United Fire & Water extracted water from seven rooms in the clinic. They removed wall barriers from affected walls and found mold in one of the exam rooms. The team set up containment around the mold with an air scrubber to remove mold spores from the air. The team also set drying equipment throughout the rest of the building to dry the remaining structures.
After taking moisture readings and an additional air mover and scrubber were placed. Dehumidifiers were also set to reduce the air's moisture and assist with drying the remaining structures.
