The client called after identifying a leak from their upstairs bathroom dripping down.
Solutions provided:
Upon initial inspection, the United Fire & Water technician noticed the source of loss was from an upstairs bathroom underneath the vanity cabinet. The water had seeped into the subfloor and downstairs on the ceiling drywall. The structural integrity of the drywall was still in place with no drooping or falling drywall from the ceiling. The technician drilled holes in the ceiling to aid in drying ceiling drywall and placed an axial fan in the dining room to dry the ceiling.
