The homeowner called after having a toilet leak from the base in their master bath due to broken bolts and bad wax seal. They stated it resulted in water damage to their wall and carpet.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water professional went onsite to remove the baseboards and shoe molding. They also cut carpet and padding and bagged them for disposal. They performed a surface cleaning utilizing a HEPA vacuum and an antimicrobial solution and disinfectant to remove any present mold and reduce the chances of future mold growth.
