The homeowner called about a water leak in their bathroom.
United Fire and Water sent a technician to investigate the leak and to take moisture readings. Air movers and a dehumidifier were placed to reduce moisture in the air and to dry the wet carpet in and around the bathroom.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
