The homeowner called stating they had extensive ceiling damage from A/C condensation.
A United Fire & Water technician went to the home and placed drying equipment after the air conditioning unit had been serviced.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
