The homeowner called with a possible slab leak. They indicated there was one room with damaged laminate flooring.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water representative arrived to take inventory of the damages and placed a dehumidifier. He took moisture readings and assessed the need for additional equipment. Minor demolition took place in the pantry with a 2ft flood cut in the north wall. After a few days, the remaining structures were dried and the equipment was removed from the residence.
