The client called indicating they needed help with water in their home.
A United Fire & Water professional took moisture readings, set screws, and placed drying equipment. After a few days, the drying equipment was removed and the surfaces were cleaned with an antimicrobial solution to reduce the chances of future mold growth.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
