Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water professional completed demolition throughout the home with a 2-foot flood cut performed to remove insulation, panels, hardwood floors, and VCT tile underneath hardwood flooring. Scraped adhesive from the concrete slab, and treated everything with an anti-microbial disinfectant. Also took atmospheric and moisture readings throughout. The flooring was removed and everything dried as expected.
