Job completed for Megan G.

Completion date: May 12, 2022

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

The client called stating that she was selling a 2 1/2-year-old home and during the inspection, a small leak was found. The leak had been fixed and she was required to do a moisture check. She said there was no visible damage.

Solutions provided:

A professional from United Fire & Water went to the property to perform a moisture reading. The leak was from a loose faucet connection on the second floor that had slowly dripped, affecting the living room ceiling. There was no visible damage and only minimal saturation. The professional took thermal and non-invasive moisture readings on the ceiling and under the upstairs bathtub. All readings were dry.
