The homeowner called after a water leak in the kitchen.
United Fire & Water went on-site to assess the damages after the plumber had fixed the leak. They noted mold growth and initiated the demolition of the kitchen. They removed the moldy sheetrock and performed cleaning with an antimicrobial solution to mitigate future mold growth.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
