The homeowner called stating their A/C unit was leaking through the ceiling and that their carpet was wet.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water professional went to the home and took initial moisture readings. They also removed some wet carpet padding and set 3 air movers. Additional drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air scrubbers was placed to reduce the moisture level and remove particles from the air.
