The client called about a broken water line in their bathroom.
United Fire & Water sent a technician to place air movers and dehumidifiers. After taking readings, the tech also placed air scrubbers to remove particulates and mold spores from the air. After a few days the structures were dry and the equipment was removed.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
