The homeowner called after having flooding in his house due to a washer overflowing.
A technician from United Fire & Water went to the home and set up drying equipment including a dehumidifier and an air mover. These pieces of equipment are used to reduce the moisture levels in the air and to dry wet structures.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
