The client called after having their attic-based hot water tank blow up and start leaking.
Solutions provided:
The team from United Fire & Water placed air scrubbers and sprayed for mold. The drainage pipe was leaking into the insulation which was removed by the team in addition to 5 feet of drywall in the master bedroom from the ceiling to the floor. Equipment was also placed to reduce moisture and dry out the remaining structures.
