Why did the customer contact us?

Heater has been leaking for about 2 weeks, she has a bunch of water under her wood floors throughout the living room.

Solutions provided:

All wet flooring was removed in the living room along with baseboards. Flooring removed in the kitchen as it was continuous and a trip hazard if not removed. Contents were moved to get flooring up. Set one dehu and one air scrubber. No fans were set due to possible asbestos and mold. Called Jason to perform test. He will go tomorrow at 10am. Extracted tile that was underneath vinyl flooring. Could not set up more equipment due to outdated outlets. Dehu needs to be placed in outside storage room. There is an outlet attached to the light bulb, but it has no ground. Removed 50% of baseboard in laundry room as well as shoe molding. Added anti-microbial disinfectant to sill plate. Set up a phoenix are 250 dehumidifier in storage room outside and ran power cable through back doorway. Applied antimicrobial disinfectant.
