Source of water was the washing machine hose. The line came out of the drain and flooded the condo. All rooms are wet other than the master bathroom. Two bedrooms, hall closet, hall bathroom, kitchen and a small portion of the living room. Both bedrooms have carpet. The wet pad under the carpet was removed in both bedrooms (about 25% of the floor) and the entire closet in bedroom one. Set up 3 dehumidifiers and 10 air movers throughout. Tented carpet to attempt to dry it out. Carpet is dry. Pulled baseboards in all affected areas. Some visible growth under baseboards in the hallway. Treated then cut small sections of the sheetrock to find it on the backside of the wall as well. Drilled holes under kitchen cabinets and placed air movers up against them. Took moisture readings. Some areas are drying out quickly while others were still reading 100%. Cleaned up the floors where debris was.
