Arrived on site and the floors are very wet in the living room. The bathroom in the hall is also wet about 6 inches up the wall. I was crunched on time so could not fully asses the site. The Floors are engineered wood and if we act fast can be saved. Bathroom has mold behind the toilet will be doing a 2ft flood cut. getting dehumidifiers off the truck sitting them up. Cut a 4 foot flood cut and remove the bathroom vanity.
