Why did the customer contact us?

Toilet backed up and flooded multiple rooms.

Solutions provided:

sewer back up coming from the laundry room which is also a bathroom (category 3). Rooms affected are: Kitchen/dining room, office, living room, hallway, foyer, laundry room, movie room, and bedroom 1. Floors are significantly damaged and need to be removed along with baseboards and drywall in some areas. One dehu, one air mover, and one air scrubber added to equipment already in the house. A significant amount of growth was found underneath a baseboard in the hallway and on the drywall. Also in the corner of the foyer by the half wall. A 2’ flood cut was made in both areas to reveal more growth on the backside of the drywall in the hall bathroom which is covered with ceramic tile on the outside of the wall in the bathroom. We will vacuum and treat the drywall that is covered with tile and set up containment to try to prevent busting the tile out of the bathroom.
