Water Heater leaked. There is wet insulation in the attic and the sheetrock in the bedroom ceiling below the water heater leak is wet.
Solutions provided:
Hot water heater in the attic where valve busted. The plumber replaced the water heater yet caused damage to ceiling drywall in a storage room in the carport from stepping through causing damage. The ceiling in the bedroom, hallway, and hall bath all have water stains, yet no weeping or sagging ceiling. Will return tomorrow for demo to remove 100-140 sqft of blown-in insulation in the attic. Will place one Velo air scrubber in the bedroom with one dehumidifier and 2 axial fans in the bedroom as well 2-3 axials in the attic.
