Leak in the tub in the upstairs unit, leaking into the downstairs unit.

Unit 8
remove tub surround in the bathroom (all marble pieces should come off in one piece). Remove mold-contaminated sheetrock.
The Kitchen cabinets share a wall with the bathroom and were damaged; these must be removed as well. remove sheetrock behind cabinets.
Apply antimicrobial and clean accordingly.

Unit 4
I have a key.
In Kitchen, remove the cabinets (same as unit 8) and sheetrock behind. remove baseboard along the wall. Remove sheetrock (where the water stain is) from the ceiling.
In the bathroom, remove the entire ceiling. cut 4' of sheetrock on the wall across from the vanity. Remove base and 2' sheetrock from behind the toilet. (WIll most likely need to remove ceramic tile walls; however, will be able to inspect behind walls from the bedroom and kitchen before removal)
In the bedroom, Remove 2' sheetrock from the entire wall that is shared with the bathroom. Remove the Ceiling (where water stains are).
Remove all Laminate flooring throughout the entire apartment.
