AC drain line overflow. wet carpet in office and ceiling collapse.
Set up 3 dehumidifiers, 6 air movers and 3 air scrubbers. machines ran for 4 days and everything is dry. replaced 6 ceiling tile and fix leak in AC drain line.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
