Job completed for Nell G.

Completion date: June 30, 2022

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

The plumber said a toilet flange was bad.

Solutions provided:

Water had spread around the toilet, and three baseboards were affected. We removed baseboards and did a 4-in flood cut. Sill plates were wet, so we placed set screws to monitor. There were feces on the walls high up as 3 ft from the plumbers removing the toilet. The customer did not want sheet rock removed, so it was wiped down. Set 1 Drymax XL Dehu, 1 X-Power Axial, and set 1 Air Scrubber. Possibly 3 to 4 more days, maybe more depending on that one sill plate. 2 more days and everything was dry.
