One upstairs bathroom plumbing leak. The second one has condensation moisture due to an unsealed vent to the A/C.
Solutions provided:
Upstairs shower drain leaked down into first-floor bathroom. Plumbers cut out wet drywall to make their repairs. No residual moisture in bathrooms. The drain line above the kitchen sink leaked down onto insulation and cabinetry. Plumbers cut out access to repair, but the line is still leaking. Trim around the top of cabinetry needs removal. The remaining materials can be dried in place. Set up drying equipment in the kitchen to dry upper drywall. 1 DH, 2 AX, 1 AS. Removed 9lf of trim from upper cabinetry and several handfuls of wet insulation. 3 days later, all id dry, and replaced drywall and flooring.
