Broken fitting on a/c drain in attic. Water leaked down wall. Caused rack in closet to fall.
setup DH and NEG.AIR FAN. carpet was removed from master bedroom. fixed leak and left drying machine for 3 days. came back to check and all was dry. picked up machines.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
