Why did the customer contact us?
Water heater in attic failed. dripped down into bathroom and hallway.- also under sheet vinyl flooring.
Solutions provided:
set up contaminant and the ceiling had fell down .clean up the drywall and insulation that came down need to go back to take off wet wood in the attic. All Sheet vinyl flooring to be removed. Wet Sheetrock in bathroom to be removed. Wet Sheetrock in hall to be removed. No removal in kitchen. No removal in kitchen. Kitchen should be contained off. I put in 2 fans 1 DH and 1 meg. air fan, hopefully to have it dry in 3 to 4 days, we are also working on the packout so we can start the demo, the plywood have been put down so the hot water heater can go in. drying for a few days and looking good as new.
