Water leak from plumbing in kitchen currently not 100% certain if it resulted from water line in between laundry and kitchen sink or potentially a leak from the dishwasher as they back up to one another and the water was seeping under the floor due to the "sleepers".
Solutions provided:
Removing the following from the kitchen/breakfast area and laundry room. -Sleepers -Subfloor -Flooring -Cabinets - Counters. Need air scrubber and negative air. Left machines on to circulate air and dry everything. Once dry, we completely remodeled the entire kitchen and Laundry.
