Toilet has leaked for a few days. Have wet carpet that needs to be removed and treated with antimicrobial. Possibly will need some equipment set out
Solutions provided:
completed the mold inspection and we have two rooms wet and a closet we going to have to remove the carpet and pad in the Bedroom and closet and set up for drying we will need 6 fans and one DH and neg air, 3 to 4 days of drying. demo is complete and started the drying process it should take 3 to 4 days added 6 fans 1 dehumidifier 3 air scrubber.
