The client called after having a leak in the feed line to their ice maker.

Solutions provided:

United Fire & Water sent a technician to investigate. They found the kitchen flooded due to multiple holes in the water feed line to the ice maker. They set drying equipment on the floor and identified all of the cabinets and countertops would need to be replaced. After all remediation work was completed, surfaces were dried and treated with an antimicrobial solution to mitigate future mold growth. Then the kitchen cabinets and countertops were replaced.
