The customer called stating they had a leak in their master bath.
United Fire & Water deconstructed the master bath surround and found a leaking line on the jacuzzi tub. We fixed the plumbing and set up drying equipment. After everything was dry the tub surround was replaced.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
