The customer called after having an electrical fire in their garage.
A United Fire & Water technician assessed the damage. After identifying there was smoke damage throughout the entire home, they set up air filters and containment. They also cleaned and disinfected the entire house.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
