The homeowner notified United Fire & Water of a toilet tank leaking and their need for remediation to their flooring, baseboards, and sheetrock.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water identified a supply line to the toilet leaked in the master bathroom, seeping under the laminate floors in the master bedroom, master closet, hallway, and bedroom. Our team removed laminate flooring in the master bedroom, master closet, hallway, hallway closet, two bedrooms, and office. They also set up drying equipment including a dehumidifier, air scrubbers, and air movers. Moisture readings were taken throughout the home. Once moisture levels returned to normal levels and structures were dry the equipment was removed from the home.
