Solutions provided:

A professional from United Fire & Water performed demolition to remove drywall, base, and crown molding. Crown and base molding was removed, the drywall was removed and significant microbial growth was found on a large portion of the shiplap. They set containment over the exposed area with Velo air scrubbers on site. They placed a dehumidifier under containment in a small area where the floors were wet and dried the floor in place. They secured containment along the full perimeter and removed equipment once all structures were dry.
