Job completed for Joy B.

Completion date: July 19, 2022

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner called stating they had a toilet overflow.

Solutions provided:

A technician from United Fire & Water noted the toilet leaked out of the bathroom, into the hallway, bedroom, and adjacent office saturating baseboards and floor rugs. The technician extracted water from the engineered wood flooring, and out of the rugs. They cleaned the flooring and all affected furniture and contents with an antimicrobial. They also setup dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and air movers to remove the moisture from the air and to dry out the remaining structures.
