Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called stating they had a slab leak behind their kitchen wall. They also indicated the plumber had to cut open the back of a cabinet and water was coming out of the exterior wall and master bedroom floors. They said their floors were "squishy."

Solutions provided:

A United Fire & Water professional checked the water supply line in the kitchen leaked along the exterior wall, mostly running out of the house. The kitchen cabinets were wet and needed to be detached to ensure proper drying. Several baseboards along the exterior wall needed removal. The flooring in the master bedroom was “squishy” and needed removal as well. The professional set up dehumidifiers and air blowers to reduce moisture levels. They also performed an extraction of the water from the carpets.
