A United Fire & Water professional went with a portable unit for extraction and removed all shoe molding in the bathroom. This included the removal of the baseboard behind the toilet and the baseboard in front of both side walls of the shower. They set two air movers and one dehumidifier in the master bathroom closet and removed all carpet and padding. They set two air movers in the master bedroom and removed all the carpet and padding. Additionally, they set up three air movers and one dehumidifier in this area. Shoe molding was removed in the hallway with an air scrubber and air mover set up. Finally, the professional sprayed an anti-microbial agent on the remaining structures, bagged and removed the debris, and HEPA vacuumed.
