An office manager called stating they had water in their office.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water representative went onsite and identified the issue was caused by a broken toilet with a failed wax ring seal. The carpet in the main office was affected and needed to be removed. The affected area was disinfected with a microbial solution and dried. All sheetrock in the affected areas was dried with the use of dehumidifiers and fans.
