The homeowner called stating they had a water leak and a noticeable odor in their bedroom and closet.
Solutions provided:
A United Fire & Water professional went onsite to investigate and found a slab leak coming from the garage. After completing some minor demolition it was determined the leak had been occurring for a long time and that mold growth and also occurred. All surfaces were treated with an anti-microbial solution, HEPA vacuumed and drying equipment was placed.
