A pharmacy store manager called asking for help with water removal after heavy rain.
United Fire & Water sent a technician onsite to assess the water levels and set up drying equipment. After performing extraction with equipment an air mover was set up and the moisture levels returned to normal in a few days.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
