The homeowner called stating they had wet floors in multiple bedrooms and hallway.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water sent a professional to further investigate. It was identified that the water was coming from a drain line that had not been connected to the tub in the adjacent bathroom. Demolition was performed by a contractor. UF&W took infrared photo documentation as well as moisture readings and placed drying equipment including two phoenix dehumidifiers, three air scrubbers, as well as eight axial fans. Once all structures were dry reconstruction was performed by the contractor.
