United Fire & Water assessed the house. The water leak was identified from a pipe with hole drlled into it. The water had been leaking for several weeks. The contractor performed demolition on the walls. Equipment was set up to dry sill plate. Then the area was treated with an antimicrobial solution to mitigate future mold growth.
