The contractor called needing help with water removal from a leaking upstairs toilet.
United Fire & Water sent a technician to assess the water damage and perform remediation. They placed air movers and a dehumidifier to reduce the moisture levels and dry the affected structures.
I called United after receiving a recommendation. I was not disappointed. United responded promptly, professionally and show concern when taking care of my mother and the water damage that occurred. The repeated trips to check on progress, even on Sunday, was above and beyond what I expected. I would call them again in a second.
