The homeowner called stating they had a slab leak with multiple rooms affected.
A United Fire & Water professional went onsite while the plumbers were performing a repair. The baseboards and molding in the entire bathroom needed removal. The floor in the office, bedroom hallway, and living room also needed to be removed. Microbial growth was found during demolition. We set up containment areas with air scrubbers. Detached countertops and removed affected cabinets in the master bathroom, and performed a 2’ flood cut.
