The landlord called stating they had a slab leak in one of their units with water damage in the living room, dining room, and hallway.
Solutions provided:
United Fire & Water sent a technician on-site for an initial inspection. They identified a slab leak from the water line in the hall bathroom affecting flooring and base trim/shoe throughout. Flooring and trim were removed throughout and drying equipment was set up. Multiple axial fans, dual axials, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers were placed to reduce moisture levels and remove particulates from the air.
