Why did the customer contact us?

Cassie called stating she found a water leak while her house was in the middle of a small DIY renovation. She was overwhelmed by the new larger scope of the renovation and needed help to complete the project.

Solutions provided:

United Fire & Water sent a team onsite to investigate and provide an estimate. The water leak originated under the bathtub and affected multiple rooms of flooring. There were two layers of laminate vinyl flooring to be removed in the hallway bathroom, hallway, master bedroom, and master closet. A valve was leaking on the interior of the wall as well as a wax ring in the hall bathroom toilet that has had a slow leak that had been seeping into the laminate wood flooring between the top and bottom layer causing the flooring to warp. A portion of drywall was also removed to allow the plumber access to fix the leak. Drying equipment was set up and cleaning of the stud framing and sill plates was performed.
