Richard called to have United Fire & Water help with water under the carpet in his master bedroom. He was concerned he had a slab leak.

Solutions provided:

A professional from United Fire & Water went to Richard's home after talking with the plumber and identifying where the leak had stemmed from, started pulling up carpet and padding from the Master bedroom, and performed a HEPA vacuum in the master bathroom. The back wall of the shower was cut by the plumber near the baseboard to relocate the water lines. The bed in the master bedroom had also been affected by the water and there was a large mold spot found under the bed. These areas were removed and disposed of. The remaining structures were treated with an antimicrobial solution and HEPA vacuumed. After the leak was fixed, moisture levels had returned to normal and all surfaces had been cleaned, remodeling was performed.
